4. Nature of the Service

EYEGOFAST is a visual-cognitive training application intended for sports and performance purposes. It is not a medical device, a diagnostic tool, an orthoptic rehabilitation solution, nor any form of medical or paramedical treatment. Use of the Platform does not in any way replace consultation with an ophthalmologist, orthoptist or any other healthcare professional.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the EYEGOFAST Platform is protected by intellectual property law, including copyright, trade marks, patents and sui generis database rights.

This includes, without limitation:

• The visual-cognitive training exercises
• Training protocols and methodologies
• Scoring and progression algorithms
• Source code and software architecture
• User interface design (UI/UX)
• Training programmes and their structure
• Data structures and database models
• All graphical, textual and audiovisual elements

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation, in whole or in part, of these elements by any means whatsoever is strictly prohibited without the prior written authorisation of Jean-Baptiste Fouroux.

6. Protection Against Scraping and Automated Extraction

It is strictly prohibited to:

• Use automated tools (bots, crawlers, scripts, spiders) to access the Platform
• Extract, copy or index Platform content
• Analyse Platform data, exercises or results by automated means
• Build datasets from Platform content

Any attempt at automated extraction may give rise to legal proceedings and claims for damages.

7. Protection Against Use for AI Training

Platform content may under no circumstances be used to:

• Train artificial intelligence or machine learning models
• Develop competing systems
• Reproduce visual-cognitive training methods
• Generate datasets for machine learning

This prohibition applies without restriction as to territory, duration or purpose. Any breach will be prosecuted before the competent courts.

8. Protection Against Reverse Engineering

It is strictly prohibited to:

• Reverse engineer the Platform
• Analyse, decompile or disassemble the algorithms
• Replicate the training methodology
• Reconstruct the technical architecture of the Platform

Any attempt to reproduce the system may give rise to civil and criminal proceedings.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These legal notices are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts, and more specifically the Judicial Court of Montauban, save for any mandatory legal provision to the contrary.
